Empire Life Business Tycoon, "the game", is made by Lemonstand Games in the Netherlands. This page says what information the game uses and why.
Your progress, meaning your money, your businesses and your settings, is saved only on your own device. There is no account and your progress is never sent to us. Uninstalling the game, or choosing Reset in the game's settings, deletes it.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Some you choose to watch for a reward, and some appear between screens while you play. To show and measure them, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, your IP address and how you interact with the ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before any of this happens, and you can change your answer at any time under Settings, Privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's own settings. Buying "Remove ads" in the game stops the ads altogether.

If you buy something in the game, for example diamonds or removing the ads, the payment is handled by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
